It isn’t always easy, but God is good and He is faithful. I am thankful for His love, mercy, forgiveness and blessings. I am thankful for my hardworking, handsome, smart, funny, handy and incredibly sexy husband. I am thankful for our beautiful, talented, smart and healthy children. I am thankful for my family and friends.
Although my husband had to work and couldn't be here with us it was still a pretty good day. It was just me and the kids. Mostly we just took it easy. Of course I did the cooking ~ turkey with all the trimmings and pumpkin pie. We started the day with cinnamon rolls and quiche for breakfast. Then the Macy's Parade, dinner, a few good movies and lots of snacks. What more could I ask for? Maybe we'll play a game of 'Apples to Apples' later. The kids always love that.

Introduction
I suppose it is customary to start with an introduction. I have been married to the same man, my one and only love, for eighteen years. We have four children and currently reside in the South. My husband works offshore as a boat captain. I am currently not working. (I took some time off to be home with our kids.)
We have been going through some major life changing events. I thought I would start this blog to chronicle some of these events and see where they end up.
